inferior quality.

I am absolutely disgusted by the quality of a shoe purchased from Legit. I purchased a pair of shoes from The store on the 22 December 2019. I was looking for a pair of shoes for my upcoming birthday and when I saw the shoe, it was like love at first site. to my disgust that love did not last very long.... probably less than 5 minutes. As planned I decided to use it for my birthday and got all dressed up and as I stepped out my front door, the strap of the shoe came apart. I was so embarrassed and furious. Does customer satisfaction or value for money not matter anymore ??? I am certainly not impressed at throwing R200 into the bin nor will accept such poor quality for something I worked hard to buy. I did not pay R10 for the shoe and hence I cannot accept such inferior quality.
