Inconsistent refunds policy at Legit

<p>I bought an item last week at Legit for an occasion, got home and discovered it did not fit well and it is the smallest size. So I go to Legit at Mdanstane City mall to return it for a refund they tell me they didn't have enough cash at the till, they had just cleared the till so I tell the lady I would come back a bit later. When I did return she told me she had forgotten about me and cleared the till again. So I left and this morning went to Hemingways mall they told me they do jot refund they could only give me a gift card equivalent to the amount. I do not want a gift card, the till slip says that they do refunds why is it now a problem. I hate being treated like this, it's nonsense.</p>
