Went to collect for a laybuy and I was refused to be assisted by a rude lady telling me that I cannot assist me as I don't have an ID. I Went back with an ID and still refused to assist saying that I must bring a copy not an original ID and she insists that she told me to bring an ID of which I disagree, she just said I must bring my ID and she was rude throughout our interaction in front of other customers.
