including bad attistude

I bought a t shirt @ legit store (wonder park).. Upon arriving @ home I realized it was damaged.after work today I decided to return it @ legit store in sammy mark pretoria. The cashier @ first offerd to give me a gift card I refused, then she started giving me attitude even called the manager and I couldn't return the item. I thought if u buy item @ any legit store across the country u can return it anywhere if u have the item in its original state. When u bought it + the till slip. This is just inconvinience ,
