Improper use of Personal Thank u card by staff

Good day, I bought a top from the east rand mall branch a few weeks ago. I went in to Lakeside mall to return the item and I was told that I could not because a cash card (Edgars Thank U card) was swiped and I needed that card to return the item.<br> I DO NOT have a cash card and did not swipe one, your staff are using perhaps their own personal cash cards when customers buy goods.<br> I cannot return this item because of this and it is a big inconvenience for me. I was told that I needed to go back to the shop and ask them what had happened. I sent in a complaint on the Edgars website and have still not had any response from anybody. Clearly staff are using \other"thank you cards to swipe"
