I'm so disappointed

The material is awesome I can rate the skirt 10/10 I bought some items online my order number is ‪..... when I fit those items I only find out that the Pleated skirt cream size 14 it's small. I go to festival Mall for exchange there was no size that I want, I ask for refund the Gal who was helping me call the manager because I use payjustnow to pay my order she was not aware with the procedure if you use justpaynow then she called her manager, the manager says the refund it's only a gift card. How must I receive a gift card while I have to pay my payjustnow? I don't want a gift card I want a refund cash or they return money to my payjustnow. And they failed me. While on their policy they wrote that I can get cash refund or gift card. I called customer care services the customer care said for me to receive refund I have to reply on the email with 2 pictures of the item and my address I did so on Sunday still now I'm still waiting. Your online service or returning procedures is very much poor. I'm so disappointed.
