I want my Refund

I bought some items on the 24th of December 2025 at Legit Mmabatho(Mega City) and i used payjustnow for payment everything was processed on my side payment approved and debited on my account, but while i was waiting for the slip to come through, the slip did not print. I then waited for them to restart the system and when that was done they still could not produce a payment slip on their side, then I was told that I cannot get my items because they do not have a slip on their side. So i must wait to be refunded by payjustnow of which i waited for hours with no refund they then told me to wait for 24 hours for it to reflect but till today nothing. I ended up calling their head office, and the lady I was in a call with said that the store must write down all the items I bought and also take down my details. And on their side the store must log a call for the receipt, but still the manager and the area manager refused to give me my items. Because I was in desperate need of the items and had to travel, I ended up buying them cash hoping that my money will reflect back on my app. But till today, it has not reflected. On the 31st they going to debit for the 2nd installment, whereas I already bought the items cash. In this case I do not know whether to blame Payjustnow or the system of the store. If the matter is not sorted out before the 31st of December 2025,it means the store will have to refund me all my money back. Because clearly I bought the same items twice, and I do not see any way forward from their side. Actually I need the store to refund me my R1143.95 and I will continue to pay my items on Payjustnow like I initially wanted to.
