Horrible service with a lay-by enquiry

Horrible service I received today at Legit Alex mall so I wanted to make a payment on my lay-by and also to enquire what happens when there’s an item I no longer want from the lay-by no one knew exactly spoke to two ladies in the store the rude one she said her name is Gezani and the manager out going back and forth with the ladies including the manager she then said I must come back with my ID book and slip out of noticing that it looked like a hustle to get help I then requested for their names seeing that they don’t have name tags so I know when I come back I’ll ask for one of them who would be fami**** with my issue nope ladies were so mean Gezani said she doesn’t know the store managers name that’s someone she works with how does that happen and the manager was just there wouldn’t careless on how her staff was talking to me and kept being on her phone while I was talking to her till I decided to take my receipt and walk out am very disappointed this would have been handled differently I believe I would like to hear back from legit to save me the hustle and get clear help.
