Horrible Service

I'm not happy with the treatment I received from Legit Vaal mall - the store manager Nthabiseng has a bad attitude and did not treat me with respect.

Evertime you go and do an exchange she gives you attitude, if an item does not fit or its not suitable- what am I suppose to do. I went with my colleague today to exchange a dress I bought for my daughter and she was shocked at the attitude and the non service we received from her. I work in retail and I know very well how customers should be treated.
