Horrible customer service at Legit

Such bad service at Legit Jacaranda Mall today.

Went to exchange a blazer I bought last week . First was asked to take a bigger size and I told the lady that I want the blazer coz it doesnt suite my pregnant body its not about the size. Then she told me they cant exchange it cause I didn't buy it at that store I have to go back to the original store n I told her there is no such policy as I worked in retailed before completing my degree. Then next she asked me to wait cause the person who authorizes went to the toilet. After 20minutes of waiting the person finally returned just to tell me they dont have cash to refund me.
