Horrible customer service

Legit store in pavillion gave me such a horrible service and i went to another branch in pinetown where they told me they can not do an exchange of the item because it was on laybye and it was not bought from them..and both this stores i was dealing with store managers who were totaly useless and show no aknowledgement to solve my problem..which makes me wonder how they were hired to deal with customers everyday
