Harmful shoes(*******)

About a month or two, I bought a shoe from your store. Today was my second time wearing the shoes and it made my right foot swollen and my left foot was hurt by the shoe as I'm walking resulting blood coming out from the and I went to your store to return the shoes and I was told I need a receipt I do not have the receipt and I am returning the shoes because it hurts my feet when wearing it and I think there is a factory fault with it. The shoe is harmful.
