Going the extra mile and providing good customer service!!!

I saw a dress online from the Legit website and I went to check at Chris Hani Crossing Legit store if they have, only to find that they don't have the range yet. I then asked a lady by the door to assist me in where I can get the dress, I showed her a picture and she said it might be difficult to trace since they don't have the barcode/code for the dress. She then referred me to a lady by the name of Motshabi Mohalanyane who was working at the till. I showed her the dress, she asked me to send her the picture and said she'll call me as soon as she finds out which store I can get it from. Not even minutes after I have left the store, she called and asked me to come back to the store as she has found the dress for me. She found the dress at Legit Rosebank Mall, she then asked for my size and said she'll ask them to keep it aside for me. I went to Legit at Rosebank Mall the following day and as promised, they had kept the dress aside for me. I did not expect such service from a store in Chris Hani Crossing, she welcomed me with a smile and seemed keen to assist. Keep it up! Such great service, keeps me going back.
