Felt discriminated

Legit at parkdene junction...i went there on Thursday to do a refund the item is in good condition I have an original slip they told me they don't have cash..I did understand they told me to come on Surtuday I went on surtuday around 13:00 I told my self ill give them time to have sales when Bicentennial they told me they dont have cash again..I mistakenly come again at 14:00 i went same story can you imagine this time they told me to come back around 16:45 I went funny enough this time they told me someone took the cash she was doing layby cancelation I left my phone number so that they will call me they didn't call me I felt like a fool they were wasting my time and energy it seems like I was not an important customer to them the is an **************.
