Faulty underwear

So I bought underwear at Legit and a few days later when I decided to wear it the bikini line was inside out, like twisted in a way, meaning wearing it would be uncomfortable. I've never seen such before and it upset me cos they have a no returns policy on their underwear yet they sell such to their customers. It's not the first time I buy something that seems like a factory fault or malfunction at Legit. Please make sure your products are 100% before putting them in stores as it's a waste of our money!
