exchange refused

good day<br> <br> i am a very upset customer, i was bought a gift by my sister at legit so the item was a wrong size, so i went to the store to exchange with the original till slip and the price ticket is still attached as stipulated by your returns conditions.<br> so the lady refused to assist me saying that i should go back to the person who bought me a gift and request for her card. and i stay very far from her. so what i dont understand is how come because i have a receipt. or has your rules changed?<br> <br> upset<br> sebina<br> ***
