EXCHANGE POLICY

I bought my sister a sleeping gown cash from Identity in April for a baby shower gift,lost the sleep as its a gift didn't pay much notice to it,only now my sister called to tell me when she fitted the gown its too too big for her can I change the size please,I went to Identity Chris Hani Crossing they refuse to change the size went to Carlton centre iDENTITY they also told me about the slip policy they have.

In that I'm questioning what do I do now I need a smaller size of this gown it has never been used if iDENTITY WILL SEE THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME ON ********** 909
