I was told buy the lady on the sales floor that I can not change anything in their store if I brought it with cash and I don't have a receipt with me...she didn't't even want to hear what happened to the receipt....I found it very rude because the item I wanted to exchange don't fit me I can't do anything about it and it was still in good condition and that lady did't even check the quality of the item and the price tag as it was still there on the item. ,,,,
