Disrespected and yelled at by a salespersn

I went to cancel a lay buy on Tuesday 09 August 2022 at 12:05. I was attended to by this lady, employee. I had informed her that I will cancel my lay buy which expires on the same day. She then left me standing there without saying a word and went to another lady who I assume is the manager she came to me to explain that the lay buy has to be cancelled by the store and they normally give customers a days grace then employee proceeded to interject with a very unpleasant tone telling me to come tomorrow. I had told her I'm already here and why should I come back tomorrow. The manager then told her not to worry if the stock will be bought and that she should cancel the lay buy. She proceeded to storm off to go fetch the laybuy and she threw it on the counter. At this time I wanted to take a video of this behavior but my phone had taken a blurry pic. The manager then requested me to delete the pic as it is an invasion of privacy. I apologized and proceeded to delete the picture on my phone.

employee then started shouting on top of her voice saying she will not assist me with my lay buy if I don't delete the picture which was already deleted. she stormed towards me grabbing my phone when the manager cautioned her to not take my phone. I had told the manager I deleted the picture then the employee was still raising her voice at me. I had also raised my voice and it was a screaming match between the employee and I. Another lady (customer) came to intervene.

To cut the story short I am not pleased at how I was treated as a customer by one of your employees who clearly has no customer service at. I hope my complaint will be attended to as soon as possible and the employee will be dealt with. If I am not pleased with how the situation is handled then you leave me no choice but to take further steps as this employees behavior was appalling to say the least.
