Disappointing service received

I would like to write about my disappointment with Legit customer care, I requested a return for an item I had ordered on line and communication started on the 18th of March. They requested photos of the item I wanted to return and I sent it promptly. Since then, there has been no communication, I sent another email and nothing still. Today, they sent a link to review the agent that was assisting me, I review very dissatisfied and the review ended without any follow up questions. I am utterly disappointed at their non existent service and need them to collect this ASAP and refund me.
