Disappointed by Legit in Menlyn!!!!

Good day,

I recieved a two-pack “underwear pants”/“langerie” from a friend as a gift. As I opened it I saw that she baught an extra small and even without fitting it And just by looking at it I knew it was too small. I normally wear a small. So I went to the Legit in Menlyn to try and exchange it. So I know that shops normally donmt exchange underwear but I never even fitted it and got it as the gift. The lady at the door wouldn’t even let me in to go talk to the cashiers and was very rude. I tried to explain my situation to her and she got very fired up with me. We ended up just leaving it and walking away very angry and feeling mistreated. I’m really unhappy with the poor manner the situation and we were treaded and now I sit with a gift from someone I can’t even use...

I expected better treatment and at least an effort from the staff at Legit Menlyn to at least try and help me.

I love Legit but after today I don’t even feel like I ever want to buy anything there again!!
