Disappointed

I am really disappointed with the services I was rendered today at legit,I was there to return an item to my surprise the reactioni got from Bontle at legit Northgate Mall I am shattered, immediately shouted me telling me how wet the dress is and how much I have worn the dress,I want my refund back I don't even want to take an item anymore nor buy at this Shop again,and it's not the 1st time my colleague also got the same treatment a week ago,it's either LEGIT train their stuff correctly or otherwise they won't have any business as suppose to......
