Disappointed

Hi I placed a order sorry can't rember the date...n ordered so that I get before going on holiday. I fully understand all the public holidays in between That said I tracked my order today n courier says on it way to Johannesburg? But I am in Durban? Please legit make it make sense.way past the 5 to 7 working days.thanks
