Delayed refund

I returned a dress I bought using pay just now at legit in menlyn on the 16 of April and till today I haven’t received my refund and when i go to the store i am told money will reflect under my wallet on pay just now and it takes a while but no specific time frame.This is really disappointing honestly , a refund that takes almost 3 weeks😮💨
