Customer coplain and poor service

Hi I layby a blazer at legit goldenwalk......my layby was expired so I dicedes with an amount Dat I layby with to take it and buy cash and my it was already at the sales floor where I found it .....it's like bought Dat item coz it was on the sales floor yet when ...coz I was no longer with an item j decided to refund it with an original slip and in good condition and I wasn't told in future j won't be able to refund an item is not even written on a slip.....so they told me j can't get cash back so I need my cash back....I need an asap respond or feedback
