Complaint About Poor Customer Service at Legit Cosmo City

I would like to raise a concern regarding the service I received at your Cosmo Mall branch on Saturday. I visited the store with my son and was very disappointed by the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the staff.

When I inquired about whether a pair of shoes was on special, one of the ladies gave me an unpleasant attitude and made no effort to assist me. The lack of courtesy and willingness to help was both frustrating and upsetting. It is quite unfortunate, especially considering how many people are currently looking for jobs and would treat such an opportunity with the respect it deserves.
