Complain

I went to Legit Phumulani mall to cancel my lay-by because it's expiring on the 31st, I was told to go to police station and do an affidavit stating that I lost my receipt and the amount on the lay-by. What bothers me is that they never requested that when I was doing the lay-by let alone be informed what will be needed from me if I decide to cancel. I'm not really happy with their policies and procedures, I mean why should I go to police station to get my money back, y'all have your goods and all you have to do is give me my money. Worse I recently lost my ID and I provided my license card as proof of identification, they still told me to go get an affidavit. Legit Phumulani mall is 0/10 for me.
