Closing times

I was at legit on 23 Dec 2019 at exactly 16h50 and the door was closed.They refused to open for me and as I was standing there one staff member came from nowhere and wanted to make an entry,I asked him if the store is closed he said yes.I said but on the window it states clearly that the store closes at 17h00 he said no it closes at 16h45 and he shut the door in my face.If the store closes at 16h45 then it must be stated as such on the window.This was so unprofessional.
