Closing Hours

I rushed to the Legit at store on Friday, 22 November to purchase a specifi item.

When I got to the store @ 18:03, the sales staff & Assistant Manager, Nonhlenhle, refused to allow me into the store.

The other shops in Festival Mall closes at 7pm on Fridays so I wasn't aware that Legit closes at 6pm. I can guarantee that if I had gone to another store & pleaded to be allowed into the store, I would have been allowed to enter the store.

Our support as customers pays the staff's salary yet I was turned away on Friday.

My foot was aching but I still rushed from work/Alberton & drove to the store. Despite my plea that I wouldn't be available to go to the store on Saturday & that I rushed from work to get to that specific branch, I didn't get assistance. I even got stuck in traffic going to the Festive Mall store as my usual route is via Modderfontein.

I'm really disappointed in the service that I received.

The store needs to close at 7pm on Fridays just like the other stores. Customers think that if Edgar's, Jets, Identity, Checkers, Pick 'n Pay etc close at 7pm on Fridays, then Legit also close at 7pm.
