Cashier with an attitude

On 24 12.2019 I went to Legit in Carlton centre to exchange the clothes i had bought on lay-bye upon getting there I didn't find anything so I went to the cashier, who advised her name is Kgopotso, rude as hell and doesn't even look at the customer in the eye, you can see you irritating her by just being there. Her response was there is no refund in lay-bye with an attitude like she was doing me a favour by assisting me, immediately she called the next customer, so she dismissed me. I then asked if I can't be given a voucher as it's not stated on their terms and conditions that I won't get a refund, she didn't answer me. She ignored me whilst i was standing right Infront of her, she proceeded to assist someone else with so anger. I asked for her name, and left. While at the door asking another lady that works at the store if indeed her name is Kgopotso she came running mind you all the way from the tips now she has time for me, to tell me I can speak to management. Who is management, I believe 8f she wanted me to speak to this person she would have mentioned it while I was still there and called the so called management. I also work and if someone wants to escalate a matter or isn't happy , I won't just say speak to management, I call my manager and explain what the problem is. That lady should be placed in the back office if there is, she isn't to deal with clients. She is rude. So legit I'm not happy with the service and as a result will be reporting the matter for a refund. I demand my refund because I have a copy of the receipt and it doesn't state that I can't get a refund
