Cape Gate Legit worst customers service

Hi had the most bad customer service experience with Cape Gate Legit yesterday. I bought a pair of sandals Saturday 8th 2019 to wear to our store year end function which was the following Sunday. I just arrived at the venue when one of the straps broke off. Because of time constraints I took the sandals back yesterday only explaining to the cashier what happened and that I would like another pair. They did not have my size in stock and as per them they don't repeat designs so they can't order as well. Which at this point the classier got her senior involved. So I ask them if they can find me a pair at a other store, which they did. They found a pair at promenade mall. I ask if they will arrange for promenade identity to send the sandals here so that I can do the exchange.. Apperently no I had to go do the collection my self, which I do not have time for as I work in retail myself and we all know the Mall trading hours. So I suggest they rather refund me. No said the lady they I have to then take something els to that value. Their was nothing els that I liked. She insisted I either take something els in the store, which there was nothing I liked or collect the sandals myself at promenade. Did I mentioned that she accused me of dancing to wild hence the sandals broke even though I advised her I just got to the function when it broke. Bad customer service. You don't even deserve a one
