Bullying at work place

Good day I am writing this email with a broken hurt ,yesterday I was at the store at legit parkdene bouldevald,when I ahead two employees having an argument and as I was about to approach them I can see that this other lady she is used to do this bullying other employee just because she is an assistance ,she keep on shouting at the other employee infront of customers I went to them and approached them that please can the low the are voice because the are scaring customer ,that lady her name is Sylvia she keeping shouting and screaming on the other employee,I take bullying seriously and I was not happy about the situation,I have recordings of this lady ,and I have ask few employees how is the situation at work apparently this is how she treat employees and the afraid of reporting her because her is the assistant manager,I have also escalated the matter to the legit complaint department I hope the received it and attend the matter ,our sister,mother and cousin must enjoy the work as the spend lot of the time there not to be bul**** ,what wil happen one day she keep on doing this behaviour and one of the employee kill them self,because of depression will sorry bring back the life of the employee,this lady Sylvia need to stop bullying other employees because of her position,I will like to get feedback from the store manager and team also thank
