Badly Treated

I recently purchased shoe's at legit west street Durban the girl at the till incorrectly billed me under a U-Card I went on Friday to get exchange the shoes the girl working there tells the manager my story the manager Sandra requests that I wait while she goes and look at the cameras of the day that I bought the shoes she makes me wait for 45 minutes and later comes out later with her hand bag while walking out says the cameras shows me putting something in my bag and she thinks that might of been the U Card when I tried to explain to her that I don't own a U- Card she dismissively walks out on me while I try to talk to her! Her managerial skills are pathetic as a customer I received the worst service Ever when there stuff was at fault I urge all people to be alert if there go buy stuff there... Up until now I have not received any apology from Sandra's bad managerial service!!!
