bad treatment for cash refund

I bought a jersey at legit festival mall on the 16 may, now i decided i don't want a jersey i saw something in another shop they refuse to refund they forced me a voucher or exchange at Bloed mall on the 5 June 2026 i called the customer care spoke to Tshegofatso Dladla she said legit does not have refund. But when i read their terms and conditions legit does have refund. please assist with this matter
