BAD SERVICE EVER

I am so disappointed😈 I bought boots last month at Legit the one in Gateway to my surprise the heel is lose so I went back and the ladies at the store took the item and my details because their manager was on leave. They promised I will get a call from JOYCE THAT WAS ON MONDAY TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CALL! THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THE ITEM ON THEIR SIDE. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW I TO GET GET MY REFUND
