Bad service

I made an online purchase from legit on Saturday night….till today I haven’t received a communication…let alone an acknowledgement of the order.

I decided to send an email to them,but they still haven’t rep**** to me….i further went to the store in Cosmo City to request for a number I could call,the lady bluntly told me that she doesn’t know what the number is….how shocking is such service from a whole big retailer…
