Bad service

I bought a dress in legit store then the evening when I got home we saw the Sam dress just in a different style online I then decided to order the dress when it arrived it was the incorrect dress . I emailed them after a long back and forth they sent me a new dress which I was told it wil be in store by the Friday a few days before the time which I was fine with the dress never come on time I had to let my daughter were the other dress now that I want to resturn the dress that they send me they Dnt want too cuz they gave me the dress my ? Is what I am suppose to do with two formal dress I even asked them to give a gift card cuz I Dnt want it anymore they are literally refhu
