bad Service

i went to Pan africa Alex to do a refund just because the supervisor saw the purchase was done at Alex mall she could not assist me i want to know from head office that by 11:30am on 28/04/2025 the cashier did not have R350.00 for me to do the refund. the attitude i got from Nhleko its the worse if shes a leader at that store believe me i rather go to Alex mall SHES A BULLY she told me to go to Alex mall unapologetically, and why Legit stuff doesn't have name tags she did not even want to give me her name. im not going there believe me. i just want to go and proof to you that customer service is nothing closer to that supervisor expect my call.
