 legit west st durban I'm very disappointed by the service that I have received at Legit Durban West street.

I got in to the shop to purchase a few clothing items, I spent approximately 30 minutes sweating because the air conditioner was not working. I finally get to the fitting room and I'm told that white items (a white skirt not even an underwear item) customers are not allowed to try white items on, Why is it on the shelf in the first place? How are we as customers supposed to know if the item fits or not? The reason why there are changing rooms in all clothing shops is for us to fit these items before we decide to pay for them.

I find this very confusing that only this Specific store does no allow such. and also please get the air conditioners fixed the place is too hot and it very difficult for us to do our shopping and such a bad condition. I want to know who made this rule because all the other shops there is no such rule.
