Bad Service

Legit stores in Bloemfontein CBD to be particular has the most appalling service I've ever come across to. I made a lay buy around April 2017 when I went to collect it I was told that it had been cancelled,now what most annoying is that i never even received an sms to notify me of the expiry of the lay buy. I then proceeded to contact their HQ for assistance where I was told that customer care would be in contact with me, up so far i haven't received a call or even an sms from customer care. I am a regular shopper at Legit stores but the service that they've been rendering to me is unsatisfactory ?????
