Bad service

I recently bought a dress at legit. I really loved the dress didnt have time to fit. I wore the dress a day after I bought it, to church. I noticed that the dress cotton string was damaged .I went to Legit to exchange it and was told by the manager (goitsi Kelepang) I couldn't do that. She tells me I obviously ruined the dress.I tried explaining to her, she was ruined she just walked out on me,hows that for customers service. I have been a loyal customer and got along with their stuff. I am really dismayed at lack of poor service i got from Goitsi Kelepang .
