Bad customer services, and unprofessional behaviour.

The Legit at East Rand Mall disappointed me today. The one worker was cleaning by the fitting rooms, but was shouting all the way to the lady by the door😩 She was talking about her Dark chocolate man. I greeted her and ask her to help me find a green suit that I saw online. She immediately got annoyed and blew me off and told me no. I proceeded to show her the lastest advert on Instagram where I saw the suit, she didn’t even bother to finish the video, take the clothing item code, to check availability, or refer me to another store, or at least take my name and phone number to inform me once they have the clothing item in stock. She just proceeded to shout to the other lady at the opposite end about her Dark Chocolate ***** Man and how suited they are for each other and how he treats her even though he is not his type looks wise. That was so unprofessional of her. She made me feel so uncomfortable, and unwanted. She made me feel like I’m asking her nonsense. I even showed her the latest advert. I can see that some of the clothes from the advert are in store already. Such a mean and rude person. Shhuuu, I was so upset when I left the store. I was not expecting such bad customer services , especially from a woman only store. 🚩I was not there because I’m helpless, I am a customer that wants to buy something. The least you can do is help me find it. We are so sorry for disturbing your gossip about your new love endeavours.
