Bad customer services and unprofessional behavior

The Legit at Greenstone mall staff disapointed me yesterday. I bought a jacket online and it was big, so I went to return it at the shop. I got there around 11am the lady told me she doesn't have money I must come at 1pm with an attitude fine I left and came back at 1 o'clock. When I got back they said I must wait, I could see and sense their attitude that they don't want to help me at all. Then after few minutes they told me that they don't have money and they said everyone today paid by card I must come back at 5pm,knowing that they close at 5pm. They all have float money to start their day but I was told there is no money. The service was very poor.I had to go to Legit Caltorn Center that is so far from me. Legit we enjoy buying online can we have an option for online return to avoid the bad treatment we get from the cashiers at the shops
