Bad Customer Service

Went to Legit Carlton Centre to go do a refund.. Got there 3 of the Cashier were standing there and I was the only customer in the Que no one bothered them selves to call me till I ask for service my self.. Told them I want a refund they spoke amongst themselves and then decided to tell me it's offline, asked them how can they be able to sell but can't do refund it's in it the same system they use to do everything.. They told me to go and come back tomorrow they were very rude and did not know to to talk to customer day ruined
