Bad Customer Service at Legit Clothing Clearwater Mall - Edgard's Card Doesn't Work at 1 Branch But works perfectly all other branches

Good Morning I would like to lay a complaint about the service bad service I received at Legit Clothing in Clearwater mall on Saturday the 7th of January 2023 I have been using my Edgard’s card to shop at Legit for so many years with no Issues

I was t to Legit Clothing Clearwater mall to make purchases, as usual, I spent about an hour in a shop as I was not only shopping for myself but for my family When I went to the till to pay with my Edgard’s card I was told Edgard’s Card don’t work anymore

I asked politely What is the problem is it a system issue for all the Legit branches? Three Ladies at the till told me it was only their branch, I asked if it was a system issue have they reported it, and when it going to be fixed They just said they don’t know

What hurt me the most was there I don’t care attitude and no willingness to assist and find out what was wrong, Not even 1 phone call to call Head Office or other branches for Help and there is Edgards Store at the shopping center close to them but no effort at all to find out what could be the problem, They kept saying They don’t know what is the problem that was it I had to leave everything that was in the trolley left the shop empty-handed and disappointed and they were not bothered at all

At the same Clearwater mall upper Level, I saw a new Legit Beauty for Cosmetics, I went there just to test the card I bought Cosmetics they swiped the card transaction went through successfully with no issues at all they were both legit Shops are they not using the same system.
