Bad Customer Service.

I experienced the worst customer service at Legit in Greenstone. The attitude from that beautiful lady , my goodness. I was there for an exchange of size, on the slip there were other items as well and the lady did not ask me if I would request the slip back, when I asked her politely if she will be putting the other items on a different slip she looked at me and said what about them, I explained to them before writing on the slip she's suppose to ask if will I be needing the slip back and she said , I'm not giving you attitude but you should have told me before I wrote, then the make a comment saying "like seriously" . She then carried on speaking with her manager in Tswana thinking I cannot hear, wrote an email to their customer service addressing this, still no response till this day. Almost a month later.
