Bad customer service

They added a plastic bag on my items without my consent and when I asked them to remove the plastic,they said it's company policy to include a plastic bag.i decided to cancel the whole transaction,then they demanded my ID,of which they never explained anything about bringing ID when requesting a refund.very rude staff including the manager at Hazyview branch, am never shopping at Legit, was yelled at in front of other customers....worst shopping experience I ever encountered
