Bad customer service

Bad customer service from just this one tall lady at LEGIT MAPONYA MALL, she speaks to customer as if she’s talking to her kids . Unprofessional I’m not sure if she is the manager There wasn’t anyone at the fitting room entrance when I went to fit,however when I just stepped inside I heard a loud scream across the room saying “you don’t just walk in there you must take the number “ First I don’t know what is the number for , worse the manner of approach. That lady needs leadership skills and customer service skills .
