Bad customer service

I went into your Carlton center store yesterday wanted to buy jeans and noticed they were on promotion. While I was still checking for my size and colours I folded 1 and put it back and your sales assistant was very rude to me shouting at me saying why am I not folding it like her. She had been standing there chatting with her colleague while I was checking for sizes, she didn't even offer to assist me but she has the nerve to shout at me for the way I folded a Jean that I actually wanted to buy. Her name was Ipeleng or Puleng. I have been going through some hard time, lost my husband last month, the first I have courage to go out I run into a sales assistant that was very rude. I ended up not buying the jeans just went back home. A little kindness would have went a long way.
