Bad customer service

Poor customer service i have recieved from this store... Legit soshanguve crossing mall.. I have made a lay by on the 6th of july 2019 and the lady assisting had a bad attitude towards me.. Everyone complaines about the staff i wanted to report it to the manager but she was available.. Please you need to change your attitude towards customers.. We come first. Serve us with respect as we bring business.. We are here to work not nurse your feelings
